• Metal weight, diamond weight, gemstone weight, dimensions and appearance may vary slightly due to handcrafted manufacturing.
• Natural diamonds and gemstones may contain unique characteristics and inclusions that are not considered defects.
• Product colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and photography conditions.

3. Pricing

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Prices may vary due to fluctuations in gold, diamond, gemstone and precious metal markets.
• The final invoice price shall prevail over any previously displayed or quoted price.

4. Orders

• Orders are confirmed only after written confirmation from Rubyra.
• Rubyra reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
• Custom-made and special-order jewellery cannot be cancelled once production has started.

5. Payment Terms

• Full or partial advance payment may be required before production begins.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated during order confirmation.
• Ownership of goods remains with Rubyra until full payment is received.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, customs procedures, logistics delays or unforeseen circumstances.
• Rubyra is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, natural disasters, strikes or events beyond our control.
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the designated shipping carrier.

7. International Orders

• Customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges, VAT, GST and local regulatory requirements.
• Rubyra shall not be responsible for customs clearance delays or local import restrictions.

8. Returns & Exchanges

• Custom-made, personalised, engraved or specially manufactured products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Return requests must be submitted within the applicable return period after delivery.
• Returned products must be unused, unworn and in their original condition with all certificates, documents and packaging.
• Rubyra reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving any refund or exchange.

9. Intellectual Property

• All logos, trademarks, product designs, images, videos, catalogues, graphics and website content are the exclusive property of Rubyra and Dfine Jewellery.
• Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Rubyra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of our products.
• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product concerned.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
